How our Inbound Services can help you: 

  • In accordance with aviation law, our specially-trained staff checks that your materials have valid certificates, since materials cannot be transported in the MRO industry if the required certificates have not been correctly filled in or checked by someone with the necessary expertise.
  • If required, we also collect your shipment directly from the aircraft's crew. And that's something not everyone is allowed to do.
  • We can also change the priority during every step of the supply chain. The shipment and purchasing order are recorded upon receipt, so that the process is accelerated even before the materials are placed into storage.

  • Our warehouses are almost exclusively located in the security area of the airport. This enables us to support you directly on site with a total storage area of 65,000 m².
  • We optically archive all the relevant documents.
  • We have experience in the performance of audits in compliance with aviation law.
  • We have the customs clearing expertise you need. This means that we can keep our customers up-to-date with – and simulate – new customs procedures.

  • We can change priorities during every step of the supply chain, even after the goods have been removed from storage for shipping.
  • If required, all parts are taken directly to the aircraft.
  • We accept parts that need repairing and coordinate transport directly to the repair station without routing them via your home base, thus reducing the turnaround time.

How our Special Services can help you:

  • We organize the preparation for third-party maintenance layovers, including the consolidation of all material requirements at the temporary warehouse location, the preparation of kits and the coordination of return processes.
  • We can produce a complete design for a new warehouse location, including, for example, the layout, the equipment and staff concept. This design is based on your specific maintenance, fleet and flight schedule data.
