Diversity and Equal Opportunities

Lufthansa Technik Logistik Services respects everyone with their individual abilities and supports the personal development of employees regardless of their origin, gender, religion or age.

In 2022, the Managing Board set targets for the proportion of women at the two management levels below the Executive Board of Lufthansa Technik Logistik Services GmbH.

t the end of the target period on December 31, 2025, the proportion of women at the first management level below the Executive Board was 60% (target: 37.5%) and at the second management level was 20% (target: 36%).

The deviation from the target at the second management level is primarily attributable to the currently still low proportion of women in operational logistics roles, which results in a correspondingly limited pool of candidates for management positions.

Based on the status quo as of December 31, 2025, the management of Lufthansa Technik Logistik Services has once again set the following targets for the proportion of women, with a deadline for achieving these targets by December 31, 2030:

  • Management Board: 0%
  • Supervisory Board: 0%
  • 1st management level: 25%
  • 2nd management level: 24%

The target for the Management Board of Lufthansa Technik Logistik Services GmbH was set in light of the fact that the Management Board consists exclusively of one person and that no new appointments or reappointments are due in the near future.

The Lufthansa Group has also voluntarily committed to achieving a 30% representation of women at all management levels by 2030 (IATA Commitment; as of December 31, 2025: 26.7%). All participating companies within the LH Group have set individual targets to promote gender diversity in management. Lufthansa Technik Logistik Services GmbH, in line with its parent company Lufthansa Technik AG, is contributing to this effort with a target of 25% women in management level 3. This target also contributes to the achievement of the legally required targets set for Lufthansa Technik Logistik Services GmbH.
