Information on the proportion of women in management positions pursuant to Section 289f of the German Commercial Code (HGB) (Corporate Governance Statement)

Diversity and Equal Opportunities

Lufthansa Technik Logistik Services respects everyone with their individual abilities and supports the personal development of employees regardless of their origin, gender, religion or age.

In 2016, the Management Board set targets for the proportion of women at the two management levels below the Management Board, and the Shareholders' Meeting set targets for the proportion of women at the Management Board and Supervisory Board of Lufthansa Technik Logistik Services GmbH.

At the end of the target achievement period on 31 December 2021, the proportion of women at the first management level below the Management Board was 37.5 % (target rate: 0 %) and at the second management level 25 % (target rate: 16 %).

The proportion of women on the Management Board was 0% as of 31 December 2021 (target rate: 0 %), and the proportion of women on the Supervisory Board also corresponded to 0 % (target rate: 0 %).

Based on the status quo as of 31 December 2021, the Management Board and Shareholders' Meeting of Lufthansa Technik Logistik Services GmbH have again set the following targets for the proportion of women, with a deadline for achieving the targets by 31 December 2025:

  • Management Board: 0%
  • Supervisory Board: 33.3%
  • 1st management level: 37.5%
  • 2nd management level: 36%

The target for the Management Board of Lufthansa Technik Logistik Services GmbH was set in light of the fact that the Management Board consists exclusively of one person and that no new appointments or reappointments are due in the near future.
